1987 Rolex Datejust Oysterquartz 17000 Tropical Purple Dial Steel Wristwatch. Timepiece is in overall beautiful condition. 36mm steel Oysterquartz case is nice. Some general wear in keeping with age, appears to have remained unpolished. Original blue Oysterquartz dial has turned into an absolutely dynamic purple "starry night" tropical dial. It is as purple as purple can be. Stainless steel Oyster bracelet is crisp, has five removable links, minimal signs of stretch, and fits 7.5" wrist size. Steel folding clasp is date coded to its correlating 1987 production. Caliber 5035 Oysterquartz movement is running and keeping time.
